BIDA FOUNDATION PRIVACY POLICY

1. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy explains how Bida Foundation Online LLC (“Bida Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to:
the Bida Foundation mobile application;
Bida Foundation pages hosted on bidafencingacademy.com;
Bida Foundation accounts, subscriptions, and digital content;
customer support, communications, and community features connected to the app.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Apple, Google, social media platforms, or other third-party services. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you use Bida Foundation, we may collect the following information:
Information You Provide
name, email address, phone number, and login credentials;
age range, fencing level, training preferences, and profile information;
messages, support requests, survey responses, and other communications;
posts, comments, photographs, progress updates, or other content you choose to submit through community features;
information submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor.
Training and App Activity
We may collect information about:
workouts viewed, started, or completed;
training progress, achievements, and saved content;
app features used and interactions with the platform;
preferences used to personalize the training experience.
Purchase Information
Purchases and subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider.
We may receive information such as:
the product or subscription purchased;
subscription status;
transaction or receipt identifiers;
purchase, renewal, cancellation, or refund status.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number when payment is processed by an app store or third-party payment provider.
Device and Usage Information
We may automatically collect:
IP address;
device type and device identifiers;
operating system and app version;
language and time zone;
login and session information;
crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data;
pages, videos, and app features accessed;
cookie, SDK, and similar technology information.
We do not intend to collect precise location, address-book contacts, government identification numbers, biometric information, medical records, or medical diagnoses through the ordinary use of Bida Foundation.
Please do not submit sensitive personal or medical information through public posts, comments, or support messages.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
create, maintain, and secure user accounts;
provide access to purchased or subscribed content;
deliver workouts, videos, and training programs;
track progress and personalize the app experience;
operate community and communication features;
process and verify purchases and subscriptions;
respond to questions and provide customer support;
send administrative, security, billing, and service-related notices;
send marketing communications where permitted and with any required consent;
analyze app performance and improve our content and services;
detect fraud, misuse, technical problems, or security threats;
comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning users.
4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction require a legal basis, we process personal information when:
processing is necessary to provide the services or fulfill a contract with you;
you have given consent;
processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation;
processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, such as maintaining security, providing support, and improving our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

Service Providers
We may use service providers for:
application hosting and maintenance;
cloud storage and content delivery;
customer support and email services;
analytics and performance monitoring;
account authentication;
payment and subscription administration;

Service providers may use personal information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.
Apple, Google, and Payment Providers
Apple, Google, and other payment providers independently process purchases, subscriptions, payment credentials, and related account information under their own privacy policies.
Community Features
Information you post through community, news, profile, comment, or similar features may be visible to other users or the public.
Do not publish information that you want to keep private.
Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request;
protect the rights, property, or safety of Bida Foundation, our users, or others;
investigate fraud, abuse, harassment, or security incidents;
enforce our Terms of Use.
Business Transfers
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
6. SALE, SHARING, AND ADVERTISING
We do not sell personal information for money.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not permit service providers to use personal information obtained from Bida Foundation for their own advertising purposes.
During the preceding 12 months, we have not sold personal information or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of users under 16.
7. COOKIES, SDKS, AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Bida Foundation and its related web pages may use cookies, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies to:
keep users signed in;
remember preferences;
maintain security;
understand how the app and website are used;
identify technical problems;
improve performance.
You may control browser cookies through your browser settings. Some app permissions and tracking preferences can be controlled through your device settings.
We do not currently respond to standard browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no uniform technical standard for those signals.
Where required by law, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals that apply to our data practices. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, such signals do not change our current practices.
8. COMMUNICATIONS
We may send service-related communications concerning:
account activity;
purchases and subscriptions;
security;
policy changes;
technical or administrative matters.
These communications are necessary to operate the service and may not always be optional.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. You may manage push notifications through your device settings.
9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
provide the services;
maintain an active account;
complete transactions;
comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations;
resolve disputes;
prevent fraud and abuse;
enforce our agreements.
When information is no longer required, we delete it, de-identify it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
To request account and data deletion, users may:

email office@bidafencingacademy.com with the subject line Bida Foundation Privacy Request.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Deleting a Bida Foundation account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must also be canceled through the applicable app-store account.
Some transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Information stored in backups may remain until those backups are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Children may use Bida Foundation only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
A user under 13 in the United States, or under the applicable minimum digital-consent age in another jurisdiction, may not independently create an account or provide personal information without any parental consent required by law.
A parent or guardian should create and manage any account used by a child under the applicable age and should manage purchases, communications, and privacy requests on the child’s behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without any required parental consent. If we learn that we have collected such information improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Parents and guardians may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child’s personal information.
11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
confirm whether we process your personal information;
request access to or a copy of your personal information;
correct inaccurate personal information;
request deletion of personal information;
receive certain information in a portable format;
restrict or object to certain processing;
withdraw consent;
opt out of promotional communications;
opt out of the sale, sharing, or use of personal information for targeted advertising;
limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
appeal the denial of a privacy request;
submit a complaint to a privacy or data-protection authority.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority to make the request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization.
12. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Bida Foundation is operated from the United States.
If you access the services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
Users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in the country where they live or work.
13. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Bida Foundation may contain links to third-party websites, social networks, app stores, or other services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, data practices, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
